Pilates Studio

BASI Pilates Studio, formerly known as On Center Conditioning Pilates Studio, was one of the first two studios in Orange County (established in 1992). It serves as BASI Pilates® premier teaching studio, regularly hosting teacher training courses and a wide range of advanced education workshops and courses. The over 9000 square feet, world-class facility has state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, including six Reformers, three Cadillacs, three Wunda Chairs, two Ladder Barrels, a wide array of props and the new Avalon® System created by Rael Isacowitz (Owner of On Center Conditioning and Founder of BASI Pilates, world renowned Pilates educator and author). It is conveniently located in Costa Mesa right off the 405 Freeway near the South Coast Shopping Plaza.
