We are 3rd from the beach, and a very convenient location on the Island with several necessities within 10 blocks. The home has radiant heated floors, and stone gas fireplace, a huge kitchen with cooking and baking gear, a table that seats 16, a living room both floors, 2 baths and outside shower. 3 bedrooms has ocean views along with both living rooms. There is a laundry room with a utility sink, pantry, and the home is tastefully decorated with a whimsical sunny beachy theme. The back yard has plenty of room for entertaining with 2 tables and hue L shaped bench for extra seating. The 600 sqft. rooftop deck has breath taking panoramic views of LBI Enjoy
