Beacon,s view of Who Are The Customers? Customers are the most important people ever to come into our place of business. Customers may not be dependant upon us - but we are dependent on them - for our jobs and our pay. Customers are not an interruption of our work - but they are the purpose of it. We are not doing our customers a favor by serving them they are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so. Customers are not "Outsiders" to our business - they are a part of it. Customers are not someone with whom we argue or try to match wits. Customers are people who bring us their wants. It is our responsibility to handle them profitably (for them and for ourselves). Our Customers business goes where it is invited and stays where it is welcome. Without Them We Fail To Exist!
