I began my business by taking over a failing self-publishing company with 52 unfinished clients who were mostly paid in full. I never got paid for the work on their projects, but the work was done nonetheless. I got many repeat clients and friends from that beginning. I still believe that truth and integrity are rightly part of good business, and I live it. I believe my clients should know what they are getting into, how much it will cost, what is included, and what will be required of them through the process.
