Fresh, made from scratch, baking the way you would do it, if you had the time.

Before Beecher Bakery was a shop, it was me helping my mom & grandma bake; cookies, cakes, pies, you name it. The best times throughout my memory are surrounded by family and food, normal for our large Lithuanian-Polish family. As I grew, and my grandmother passed, it was my mom & I baking pies for the Holidays. Pies gave way to cookies. Before we realized we were baking over 3,000 cookies in a variety of shape, size and flavor, for hundreds of family and friends. Which lead to friends of friends, and so on. So here it is, Beecher Bakery a reflection of the village it is named for and of me, Kim Coleman, simple goodness with a dash of down home pride - a big dash. None of the offerings are set in stone. I add, subtract and modify all the time. I am sure there will be something you.
