There are deep unconscious patterns which emerge from our family of origin, culture,and religion. We have all known times when we behave in ways that surprise us. Where did that come from? Something came over me! These are the patterns that take over when we are unaware of our feelings and the triggers that take us from our conscious lives. Using archetypal pattern analysis, it is possible to recognize, acknowledge and interrupt those patterns that keep us from living consciously, freely and more whole.
