We are NOT the cookie cutters instructors that you might have experienced in the past. We help you feel the music in every Qurvaz (curves) of your body, to help you feel beautiful while losing calories and pounds. Instructors are originally from the Dominican Republic and Colombia. You will learn how to shimmy, shake your hips, shoulders and move your feet while feeling connected to the music!
