Hired this guy to do a home renovation. What a mistake. The fact that he came so highly recommended did not insist on an upfront estimate for the work. First mistake. Completely overcharged. Demanded to be paid upfront or would walk off job. Second mistake. Was always late and and made excuses why job wasn't being finished in a timely fashion. When most of the improvements did not operate properly or were poorly installed would not warrant his work. Had to hire another Contractor to fix all of his mistakes.
