Blue Phoenix Books is located in the Historic John Rowe Building in beautiful Downtown Alpena and is open 7 days a week all year round, yes even in the winter. We have all the latest paperback and hardcover best sellers, as well as a large selection of Children's books, a wide range of Classics and bargain used books. We are a place to relax, meet neighbors and discover local talent. Visit the coffee bar with goodies by Chef @ Play creations and enjoy free wi-fi. We can find pretty much any book you need if it isn't immediately on our shelves.
