From a young age, I have been very interested in the way the body works together and heals itself. I was raised to appreciate long term healthy lifestyle choices such as regular exercise, healthy eating, preventative and alternative medicine. Becoming a massage therapist fit naturally. In 1998 I chose Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy for my education and loved the experience. Since then I have continued my education by becoming certified in prenatal massage as well as learning many other treatment oriented techniques for the whole body. Also, I am certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. I started training in 2005 and as of January 2010, I am still sadly the only one in Bend. (If you don't know what it is, you must experience it!)
