We are a Family owned Business health club. We provide select rise machines, free weights, 2 sets of Dumbells. plenty of plates and benches. We have Bodypump, Bootcamp, and Silver Sneakers Classes(Senior class) group fitness classes. We also have Kidsplex which is Childcare for your children while you workout, 6 Tanning beds available, and Personal Trainers. You will enjoy are large facilty where there is plenty of room and never too crowded. We take Pride in being a family gym, we have all Shapes and Sizes, Men and Women, Moms and Daughters, Fathers and Sons and vise versa.
