At BodyWork4Lifellc, we utilize techniques such as: Swedish/ Deep Tissue Massage, Advanced Neuromuscular Techniques, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Passive Stretching, Ischemic Compression Techniques and Medical / Sports Massage Techniques to aquire the desired results needed for Pre- or Post Surgical Procedures, or from Traumas to the body ,and Repetitive Strain needed to reduce scar tissues and to improve circulation, inflammatory responses, and greater range of motion. This Holistic Form or Alternative for Health should be used as a modality in Healing, and utilized in Physical Therapy and or Personal Training to aquire maximum integrity to Hypertonic or Ischemic Tissues and releasing tonus and causing a Neutral State to the Tendons. Ligaments and Muscles and aiding in irritation to the Central Nervous System. This is called balancing the Agonist/ Antagonists relationships to these connective tissues.
