Booe Realty has been serving the Grand Strand since 1971 offering a variety of properties sure to suit any budget and create great family vacations.

Booe Realty, a Myrtle Beach icon, has been in business since opening its doors in 1971. One of Myrtle Beach's first real estate companies originally started out as a real estate sales company along with just a few rentals. Booe Realty was founded by Bob and Maggie Booe. Over the years the company grew in the vacation rental market. In 1995 the company which had approximately 78 rentals was purchased by Miller Hawkins. Since 1995 Hawkins has grown the company to an inventory of over 500 vacation and annual rentals. Since 1995, the Booe Crew (as Hawkins likes to call his staff) prides itself on going that extra mile for our guests.
