Born Beautiful lets everyone know that they are already beautiful at the front door. They were born beautiful!! But getting fit is about your health. Taking control of your health empowers you, gives you energy that you never knew you had before. I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals, in bite-size manageable pieces!! I want to help end the trend of obesity in my city and/or my neighborhood. It is everywhere and people just gave up on their health and well-being!!
