Reviews for Brad's Drain Service

We have tried to contact "Brad" on several occasions after he said he contacted us many times but never got ahold of us. He stated he was not able to contact via home phone or cell.

When we finally did make contact he said he would come out when he was in the neighborhood and still has yet to let us know exactly when. He said he would come out on a specific day but never showed up or called.

This is poor business practice as someone has to be home due to us having a gate on the front of the driveway and several dogs that are protective. We have lost money waiting for him to decide when he would come out.

We are the customers and it will be scheduled on our time not his. A two hour notice is not much to ask as taking a full day off of work would cost me at least $700.00 and my wife at least $350.00-$400.00.

If he is not out on the property in the next day we will contact a real business that knows how to do business the ethical way.
