An after school learning center using the protocols developed by Dr Robert Melillo to remediate the neurologic imbalance known as a "Functional Disconnection Syndrome" associated with disorders such as AD/HD, Asperger's, PDD-NOS, OCD, Tourette's, Dyslexia, processing disorders, and learning disabililties. Children undergo an extensive assessment to determine the area(s) of the brain that are immature or "underconnected". From this assessment we develop a specific plan for each child based on their assessment,in sensory/motor and academic protocols to improve connectivity and synchronize the less mature areas of the brain with those areas that are more developed.
