BRAVERMAN & LIN (B&L) is an immigration law firm located in Arlington, VA. B&L is proud to say that most, if not all, of its clients are originated through referrals.

Established in 1972.

The business was started by the founding partner, Stanton Braverman, in 1972. He often says to me that at the time when he started practicing immigration law, even his own mother asked him how could someone survive representing immigrants. Notwithstanding, Stan found passion in helping immigrants as he strongly believes immigration represents the true iconic spirit of America. And while we, as a country, may have taken a detour from time to time in our treatment of immigrants, we are still a nation of immigrants and that characteristic will never change.

Then in 1992, I joined the firm as a young fresh out of college kid. In fact, I stumbled onto this job because I did not know what I wanted to do and just needed a job to get by. But soon after I started working, I found the legal field to be exceedingly interesting and with a little push from Stan, I went to law school in 1994 and became a lawyer in 1998. And nearly 20 years later, I am still doing what I love to do.
