Breathing Space Studios provides a sacred haven for personal reflection, renewal and redefining priorities. Through day retreats, workshops and classes, we offer people the opportunity to bring harmony to their bodies, minds and spirits. Programs are designed for healing, transformation and spiritual growth. Breathing Space seeks to encourage group participants to breathe deeply and reconnect with their inner selves through meditation, art, nature, singing, silence, writing and movement. Breathing Space Studio is available to rent for workshops, retreats or wellness classes. Please contact us for rates and availability! We are located on 12 wooded acres in the Central New York town of Erieville, 35 minutes east of Syracuse. Our workshop space is a large Adirondack-style cabin with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, skylights and a beautiful brick fireplace. This setting provides a healing space to take time out from the busyness of your life and BREATHE!
