Avoid this merchant at all costs! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Secretary will curse you out when you ask for a written estimate (after waiting almost 2 weeks for them to bother looking at your item). Turns out this poor excuse for an employee is the self entitled wife of the owner. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. The owner is an even bigger jerk! What a miserable human being! Sub human piece of garbage would be more accurate. If you ask a question they will leave your property outside, refusing to do any work, and tell you to pick it up. If you have an insurance claim, they will state it is maintenance and owner error resulting in no coverage. They are running a scam. He will claim he doesn't need your business so he doesn't care if you don't like his (and his wife's) crass behavior. Trust me, do what the moron wants ... don't give him your business. Vote with your dollars! Go elsewhere!!!
