Frontend set-up: is controlled by the doorman or front desk manager. The front end system platform can be used also at the freight entrance and numerous other access points. The responsibility of the front end service is to check in vendor I.D's, log in and track packages, view vendor access, log in new work orders from tenants request and more!! Backend set-up: is controlled by the building manager or superintendent. The backend system can view and track the front end data. The data is stored in-house at the building local server. Information of the entire building is controlled by the backend building manager.
