Business description

We are a general contractor located in Covington, PA.

The company began in 1971 as R.S.W. in Milan, PA. After surviving a flood in 1972 and a disastrous fire in 1978, the company was split in half and became known as RSW East and RSW West. Wayne Strange, one of the original partners, relocated to the Mansfield, PA area and began building a facility at the present site south of Covington on US Route 15. Operations began there in July of 1979. In 1985 RSW West was incorporated as Buildings, Inc. with Wayne Strange as president and his son, Steve, as vice president. Early in 2000, Wayne announced his intention to retire and Steve purchased the business and became the new president.
