The Building Performance Center offers technical and managerial training for weatherization contractors around the state of Washington. Our state-of-the-art 5000 sq ft learning lab features twelve hands-on mobile weatherization modules to demonstrate, duct sealing, ldead paint hazard reduction, water heater insulation, dense pack insulation and air damming. We teach over 15 courses and offer certification for BPI and RRP lead. The training facility is available for rent and includes the lab, seating over 80 people, an 865 sq ft classroom seating 24 and a 400 sq ft classroom seating 24. Video Conferencing Equipment available.
