We called Bill Bullock to give us an estimate on replacing our roof damaged from winter snow and ice. He gave us a written estimate nearly 3 times what others said we needed. He intentionally padded the estimate claiming more was wrong with our roof than there actually was. Needless to say it but he is not honest and has a bad attitude when confronted with the truth of his deception.
