The Polish National Home Corporation was formed in 1941 by four Polish organizations, the Polish Knights Society, the St. Joseph Society, the King John Sobieski Society, and the St. Kazmierz Society. The first Polish Club opened shortly thereafter at the Old Day Nursery on Union street in Middletown. Due to downtown redevelopment in the early 1970's, we were forced to move from our HOME to a building at the corner of High and Warwick St. This building would later provide challenges for our increased membership because the minimal amount of parking. In 2010, we sold our building and moved to a location in Tradewinds Plaza, 749 Saybrook Rd., Middletown (on the Coe Ave. side).
