C & H Contracting was established in 1984. The Owner, Charles Hixon had previous roofing experience with Sears and Berry Roofing in the 70's and early 80's.A man named Woody Culp and Charles wife, Cheryl Hixon had convinced Charles that he could start his own company.Charles took the step that started his new company, Culp & Hixon Roofing, which was know as C & H Roofing.In 1993 Charles went to work for Builders Square on Noland & 40 Hwy, doing roofs He stayed with Builders Square untill they sold out to HQ in the late 90's. Charles had decided not to work for HQ, and started advertising in Independence and surrounding area's. Charles started doing Guttering and Windows in 1998. C & H Contracting has been going strong since.
