He started his culinary experience in Europe then moved to the East Coast where he worked for some of the best restaurants in the country. Just over 9 years ago, moved to Arizona where his food has been featured on television. He has worked at the best breakfast places in the West Valley featured in the Arizona Republic. He places greatest value on his family. He is married to Abby Kuja and has 3 young children. He understands what families are looking for in their dining experiences.
