CalCounties Title Nation (formerly Cailfornia Counties Title Company) was established in 1973 by the respected Gottwald family in order to provide consumers, agents, brokers, and investors with first-rate title and escrow services and the personal attention to service possible only in a smaller company. After years of success and establishing a reputation for quality, service, and attention to detail, the company was acquired in May of 2007 by four industry professionals who share the founders? values and recognize the opportunities inherent in focusing on quality relationships, sound underwriting and exemplary service, much of which is being lost in the industry due to layoffs, corporate cutbacks and the need to support massive overhead.
