Camp and Cottage Services LLC is an up-and-coming company, specializing in the caretaking, maintenance, and security of recreational properties located in and around central Maine. We are a father and son team, based in Skowhegan and Kingsbury Pond. Being Mainers by birth and outdoorsmen by choice, we have spent considerable time in the woods and on the water in the state's more rural areas. The formation of CCS is the result of our exposure to and experience with the damage that harsh Maine weather, along with an unfortunate rise in vandalism, can impart on buildings and grounds. As fellow camp owners, we know firsthand the amount of time and work involved in opening and closing a property for the season, as well as the heartbreak of being vandalized. Our goal is to lessen your work an
