"CANDY KISS USA" TRI-STATE PAGEANT 2012 You can be NATURAL through HIGH GLITZ, be what you want to be. Be YOURSELF! Judging WILL NOT be based on your hair, make-up, spray tan, flipper etc. Judging will be based on the following: BEAUTY - 50 pts. Poise & Appearance; 25 pts.Modeling; 25 pts. Stage presence OUTFIT of CHOICE - 50 pts. Creativity of outfit; 50 pts. Stage Pageant open to Girls TEENY MISS 2-3 TINY MISS 4-6 MISS 7-9 PRE-TEEN MISS 10-12 Judging is based on beauty & outfit of choice. There will be one runner-up & queen in each group. 1 Mini-Supreme, 1 Grand-Supreme, 1 Ultimate Grand-Supreme winner overall. in each group. CASH PRIZE, TIARA, SASH and TROPHY for Supreme winners. TIARA & SASH & TROPHY for divisional winners. TROPHY for runners-up. S
