I bought two cars from this company. Other than interest takes almost 1/2 my weekly payment. They offer free oil change for the life of your car they fail to mention you better have nothing better to do. I have never got my oil changed in less than an hour. They send you to Texas Dodge and Jeep. Last time I went guy told me would be up to two hours so I left and paid for oil change. Yesterday 10/6/15 I went right before 1 pm I was only person in waiting room watched waiting room fill up and empty. It's now about 2:15 so I ask a device man there to check and give me estimated time he says sure. Never see him again at around 2:50 I walk back into service department to be told my car has no priority and if a "paying"?(I pay 80 a week for my 2002 car) patron comes they have to deal with them first. I left in a rage and called Caprock Credit. I spoke to a lady Ashley I think her name was I explained how I was treated and she started explaining that they are same company somewhat and if I didn't like it I'm free to get oil changed anywhere I want. She completely had there back hope she gets a bonus. RUDE AND RUDE. Trust as soon as my car is paid for they will never hear or deal with me again. Also I will NEVER recommend them again. They need to restaff.
