About CEO Danny O. RatliffDanny started his masonry business in 1975 bricking homes, chimneys, and mailboxes. He revolutionized the brick thin wall in the 1980s and created the vision behind what Ratliff is today. During the savings and loan crisis of the 80s, Danny earned his pilot's license to make ends meet. He became a pilot with Southwest Airlines in 1990, and is now an active captain with Southwest flying 737s on weekends. His hard work and determination is a testament to Ratliff's success.? ?Danny serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Ratliff Hardscape, Ratliff Development, and Caprock Hardscape.
