I am currently accepting new clients and specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, LGBT, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

As a Psychologist, my work is based on the belief that our sense of connection to ourselves and others has a direct influence on our ability to enjoy life and thrive. I have a passion for helping clients address the concerns that prompt their participation in therapy and strongly believe in doing so from a compassionate, nonjudgmental position. Combined with my authentic warmth, humor, and compassion, I try to create a safe environment in which clients are encouraged to explore their internal experience. II work with individuals and couples, adolescents and adults. Issues I specialize in include: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBT issues, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bipolar I & II, loss and grief, career choices, and life transitions.I use a variety of treatment modalities depending on clients' needs. My approach is practical and deep. I tend to practice most from both a psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral perspective, but I also pull from other theoretical perspectives as appropriate.
