They act as the “eyes and ears” of the team by observing and reporting changes in the residents condition. C.N.As has a strong knowledge of emergency procedures and be able to stay calm in stressful situations. C.N.As support the resident care plans which allows a patient to get well quickly and reach their optimum level of performance.They work under the direct supervision of qualified nurses and providers.
