I specialize in helping coples in relationship/couple therapy and premarital counseling; I also work with individuals with respect to life transitions, divorce recovery, grief, depression and anxiety, trauma recovery or simply struggling with a feeling that something is missing in life. I believe in working straightforwardly offering many ways to help people understand themselves better and create more choices. I believe it is rare for people to feel truly listened to or to have a chance to explore important personal issues, and I provide that opportunity which helps people reach practical solutions to real problems.
