Residential building design and drafting of additions, remodels and new homes. Commercial tenant improvements less than 3000 square feet. Free estimates and first consultation. I am a licensed general contractor who draws plans. I am also a retired building inspector from a local city. I have been in business from 1975 through 1991 and 2009 to present. From 1991 through 2009 I worked for various cities in Arizona and California. Most of my design work has been located in north San Diego county area and Inland Empire area. The majority of my client base is with building contractors with about 30% of my business is with homeowners.
