Carruth Properties Company (CPC) was founded in 1987 to acquire, develop and manage high-quality real estate assets. Our mission is to create and enhance real property values and to achieve high levels of economic performance in balance with community needs and environmental soundness. To that end, Carruth Properties Company places its first priority on serving our clients and our community with high standards of integrity and professional conduct. Currently, CPC is responsible for asset and development management of Ken-Caryl Business Center, a 300-acre planned business park, as well as several office and light industrial buildings and Meadow Ranch, a 255-acre mixed-use development in the northwest quadrant of C-470 and South Kipling Parkway.
