Cascade Spine & Injury Center is a multidisciplinary clinic that focuses on treating those traumatically injured in motor vehicle collisions.

We provide gentle, effective non-surgical treatment for traumatic injuries including auto accident injuries / whiplash, work injuries, and general injuries. We combine massage therapy, therapeutic rehabilitation, and chiropractic care. We are passionate about helping our patients heal completely and without permanent problems. Dr. McClaren has attended hundreds of hours of post-doctoral training, including: triage and assessment of traumatic injuries, MRI interpretation, therapeutic rehabilitation, spinal and extremity manipulation, accident reconstruction, biomechanics, and injury kinematics. To provide the best care possible, we work with a network of medical and alternative practitioners including: neurosurgeons, orthopedists, neurologists, mental health workers, etc.
