Owner/operator and your guide is Steve Brown, an expert Blue Catfish angler who was featured on the Animal Planet series, River Monsters (April 2012). A friendly and outgoing guide who makes your enjoyment top priority. You will fish from the comfort of a 24' SeaArk ProCat 240 guide boat, fully rigged for lake and river fishing. All rods, reels and tackle are provided and bait is fresh-caught shad. All you need to bring is a current fishing license, lunch, drinks and your camera! Dress comfortably and for the season as Catfish Safari operates year-round with Fall and Winter offering excellent fishing experiences. If looking for an unforgettable day or multiple days of fishing with one of the top trophy catfish guides in Missouri, then Catfish Safari is a must do! A full day of fishing is $150.00 per adult; $50.00 ages 13-17; free for 12 and under. There is a $50.00 per day fuel charge. Catfish Safari offers lakefront lodging just yards from Lake of the Ozarks with sliding glass doors providing a beautiful view from the living room of the lodge. Decorated perfectly for a fishing lodge it is cozy, clean and comfortable. Lodge sleeps up to 10 guests with five queen beds in three separate rooms. Living room has a wood burning stove, television/DVD, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. Outdoor grill on a covered patio with a picnic table, and fire ring are also for guest use. Lodging is $65.00 per night for two; each additional adult add $15.00. Children lodge free.
