Therapy for Adults, Children, Families, and Couples is provided. Therapy provided usually deals with problems such as depression, loneliness, grief and loss, anxiety, stressful relationships, child and adolescent problems, self-esteem, phobias, physical or sexual abuse, medical issues, natural disasters, parenting, and other life stressors. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is also provided and is a powerful method of psychotherapy. EMDR is a powerful psychotherapy technique that has been very successful in helping people who suffer from trauma, anxiety, panic, disturbing memories, post traumatic stress, and many other emotional problems.
