Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do

Here at CATKD we offer a well rounded Martial Arts curriculum that is challenging both physically and mentally. Our training exposes students to many aspects of many different styles of martial arts, Karate, Judo, Jui Jitsu, MMA, and Boxing to name a few. This type of training not only gives the student more knowledge of self defense, but also will enable them to more efficiently defend themselves against any martial art. While a well rounded knowledge of self defense is what we strive for, the main focus of our training is Olympic and Traditional style Tae Kwon Do. Our unique blend of Tae Kwon Do training involves every type of martial art mentioned above as well as techniques that are exclusive to Tae Kwon Do training.
