Carolyn Cooper, a late bloomer who like to speak about herself in third person. She came from New york city, to york pa. Went to york high, graduated in the 80's. After working for many companies, she decided to take a break and start working for herself. She started a small business called CC's MOBILE NOTARY, tag & title. Because I am passionate about good customer service, meeting and helping people, I feel this is what i was meant to do. What make my company unique is that I OFFER SERVICES 24/7. Where can you go on a Monday or Tuesday at 6am(most places open at 9:00 or 10:00) or a Saturday evening or Sunday night and get notary and receive notary, tag and title services? I also offer lower messenger fees, with the economy, I know that times are hard. As of Aug 25th 2012, i am offering $5.00 (messenger fee only, all state fees still apply)( in office only, not mobile) drivers license and car registration renewals. Business should not be all about the "money" it should be about great customer service, with great customer service, you get more business from "word of mouth". To me that's more important than anything else. Why would you want to go to a place where people are unfriendly and not willing to help or to go that extra mile??
