First of all, this guy hires illegal immigrants who he can exploit for low wages. He does not answer the phone if he owes you any kind of money. You will get it when he says, on his time regardless if there was a time and date to be payed. He was an investor in a public storage facility called space station self storage which he ran into the ground. He had 2 others which he could not keep up due to him being irresponsible. David Flores was also cooking the books at space station storage to show his investors he was getting a certain amount of money which was any where from a few hundred dollars a month to a few thousand. He also took money from that company and put it into his personal company centre builders. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU WORK FOR THIS GUY OR HAVE HIM BUILD ANYTHING FOR YOU. HE IS AS SHADY AND UNETHICAL AS THEY COME.
