Champion Strength and Conditioning’s programs are for men, women, boys and girls of all ages and levels.

Champion Strength and Conditioning is a physical training program that creates a structured, positive and personalized environment that ensures that you and/or your athlete have the ultimate training experience!Champion Strength and Conditioning’s programs are for men, women, boys and girls of all ages and levels. Their training programs focus on taking a “movements that make sense” approach and “big picture” mindset”. No burpees or kipping pull ups here! Proper form and technique, safety and doing things right are their top priorities. All of their programs are scientific based, systematized and structured by Dee Henry, who is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has extensive education and experience in fitness and athletic training, both as a coach and participant. All of their programs start by getting to know each client and getting an understanding of their individual fitness level and any limitations. Over a period of weeks their coaches will help you better understand your body, so you can progressively do more in the program and more importantly function better in life and/or sport!
