The Early Years On June 1, 1954, Maurice and Pauline Champoux decided that they were going to pursue their dream of owning their own business. Together they started the insurance business in their own home located on Pine St in Lewiston, Maine. Diane Champoux Iannotti worked part time for the agency during her school years, and in 1977, started to work at the agency on a full time basis. During the first 15 years of operation, Champoux Insurance Agency purchased 8 separate agencies and grew to a staff of 10 dedicated employees. Here We Grow...
