Charles Blackwell Testing LLC is a family owner and operating company. Charles Blackwell has been soil testing for thirty-three years. All team members are certified in Hazmat and Troxler. Soil borings are tested daily in our locally owned company laboratory and approved by our engineer on staff. Most soil borings are analyzed within 24 hours. Our goal is to equip our customers with all the knowledge in a timely manner at an affordable price.
