We have created a wonderful, rich sauce that defies description. It has a slightly smoky, slightly sweet, slightly hot flavor that goes with everyhin

Our sauce is created and bottled by hand from a recipe created by Charlie himself before he died. It took many years and many samples to get just the right blend that goes on any kind of meat you can imagine. We even have customers who use it as a chip dip instead of BBQ chips! It is made in a commercial restaurant kitchen and has been FDA tested for acidity. It will soon be marketed in several local shops in the Greater Wenatchee area. It can be ordered now online, or locally delivered for your convenience.
