CheckMate Process Serving based out of Newcastle, CA.   Placer County License# 11-021.   I am bonded and I am also insured (unlike some other process servers).  I will personally serve papers in Placer, El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras, Sacramento, Yolo, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba and Nevada Counties.  I am also unique in doing something that no other process servers do at this time - I attempt to take photos/videos of the actual service as backup, if necessary, to show proof of service.  No extra charge for this. Standard (within 5 days), Expedited (within 24 hours) and Rush (within 2-4 hours) services are available. Former Recon Marine Intelligence and Air Force Intelligence Specialist; former Police Officer/Investigator on two Police Departments; Former Private Investigator; former Bounty Hunter and the list goes on.  Lots of experience in life.  I know how to handle people in many different situations.  I know when to be nice, when to be firm and, if necessary, when to be very tough.
