Cheri has been practicing immigration law exclusively since 1997. She represents her clients in proceedings before the Department of Homeland Security, the Immigration Courts and U.S. Embassies abroad. In addition, Cheri litigates immigration-related matters in federal court. Cheri is a member of the State Bar of California, the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Fifth Circuits.
