Cherry Systems provides sales, installation and support. We offer pre sales consultation and detailed proposals to determine the best system for your needs and budget. We offer complete installation and training at your site so that when we leave you are using your back office system to do actual work and your POS system is scanning all your items at your retail price. We provide continuing support with program updates from our web site, telephone support, support by remote connection to your store, e-mail and on-site visits. Interfaces and inventory management is available for Passport, Nucleus, Ruby/Sapphire, Retalix and G-Site. The Dailybook provides complete daily accounting and fuel management. All invoices and accounting information can be sent to QuickBooks, Peachtree or exported to a high end accounting program such as MAS90. A Central Pricebook is available for multi-store operations. And for those just wanting a simple way to maintain items and pricing for scanning only, a low cost Pricebook is offered. Sales are downloaded from the POS system and integrated into the Dailybook. Detailed data is stored indefinitely so it is possible, for example, to print a fuel sales history over twenty years. Monthly sales projections are made based on the sales so far for the month.
