Children's Center of New Milford

We are the first preschool in CT to earn National Accreditation. We serve children ranging in age from three months to eight years-old.

The Children's Center's is renowned for its excellent early childhood programs, earning scores of 100 or 100+ on all ten of the National Accreditation Standards. The Children's Center is selected by parents who seek a preschool with highly credentialed staff, low child/adult ratios, spacious playgrounds, and a rich curriculum. We are open from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, 49 weeks out of the year. We also offer a nursery school half-day program that follows the public school calendar. Our non-profit status and NAEYC National Accreditation allow us to receive funding for a sliding fee scale. This makes our quality program available to all in our community, regardless of income level.
